When it comes to upgrading and building high end sports cars, there's nowhere better to turn than to Fabspeed. In addition to being a leader in the performance exhaust industry, we also have a team of highly experienced performance specialists who are wizards at spec'ing out and building cars to the customer's needs.
We're proud to announce that our full build of the BMW X6M has been featured in the March issue of Roundel Magazine. The owner, Randy, came to us looking to customize his X6M with a more aggressive aesthetic, without it being too flashy. After speaking with him at-length, we came up with the guiding concept for the build: to create the X6M that BMW should have built at the factory. The general goal was to aim for an "OEM+" look. In other words, give an untrained eye the impression that the car was simply upgraded with factory options, as opposed to wild body kits, flashy chrome, and conspicuous modifications.
The first order of business was to upgrade to the ADV.1 wheels. From there, the snowball started rolling. We worked closely with Randy to determine the best possible option for each part of the car. We reached out to a number of different vendors to provide Randy with the ultimate combination of style, performance, and class.
When all was said and done, this understated - yet potent - SUV received just about every upgrade available, including ADV.1 ADV10 MV2 CS wheels, Pirelli P-Zero tires, KW V3 coilovers, AR Designs cat-less downpipes, Akrapovic titanium catback exhaust, Mansory carbon fiber hood, Hamann carbon fiber engine cover, Vorsteiner front and rear lip kit, custom painted and carbon-wrapped M Performance side skirts and steering wheel, various body accents from IND Distribution, and a P3Cars digital performance meter.
Randy, along with the whole Fabspeed team, was very pleased with the final result, and it's easy to see why!
