Helical Valves are the standard for high performance OEM applications. Helical pneumatic exhaust valves are 100% specified by Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, McLaren, Jaguar, Astin Martin and more. They offer a proven OEM validated design with optional additional features.

The actuator and valve designs are based on Helical’s extensive experience in high-volume automotive applications. Standard features are the robust pneumatic actuator, flat sealing faces inside the valve, stiffening ribs and high temperature bearings at both ends of the butterfly spindle. Bearings and seals are typically silicone and can take prolonged temperatures to 950 degrees centigrade / 742 degrees fahrenheit.

Helical U.K. England pneumatic exhaust valves are used by Fabspeed Motorsport exclusively on each and every one of our ultra premium dyno developed performance exhaust systems. Helical exhaust valves are additionally used as OEM components on high performance vehicles such as Porsche GT3/GT3RS, Ferrari 488, and Lamborghini Performante as they deliver maximum reliability with form and function.
