Achieve maximum power gains (over 99 whp & 140 ft-lbs) and driveability without sacrificing reliability. Easily flash your Cayenne with a Fabspeed ECU Tune utilizing the included handheld device.
Fabspeed Motorsport offers an alternative tuning method for vehicles equipped with ECU's that traditionally required bench flashing. No longer do you need to remove your ECU and mail it in for a tune. The handheld device interfaces with the OBD-II port on your Porsche and your computer to complete the tuning process, which is as follows:
Read stock data on vehicle via OBD-II port with Handheld
Interface handheld with software on your computer and send in data to Fabspeed Motorsport via email
We use this data along with information you provide about your vehicle to write a tune for your specific setup and email back your custom tune in 1-2 business days
Write the Fabspeed ECU Tune to your Handheld, then to the vehicle with the Handheld
Enjoy your increased performance!
No need to send your ECU in to return to stock - simply use the Handheld to flash back, then to your Fabspeed ECU Tune again at any point!
The dyno chart is a comparison between a 958 Cayenne first ran with our Secondary Cat Bypass Pipes, followed by the addition of Fabspeed ECU Tune. All testing was done on our in-house Dynojet by our experienced tuner.
Stock = 449 whp / 515 ft-lbs
Tuned = 536 whp / 620 ft-lbs
Peak power gains of 86 whp and 105 ft-lbs of torque
Maximum gains of over 99 whp and 140 ft-lbs of torque at 6000 RPM
"Porsche left a lot of room on the table for power gains - 140 ft-lbs of torque to be exact. The results are outstanding and the Cayenne feels like it shrinks in size becoming quicker and more capable like its brother the 911. With company in the car, be prepared to preface every throttle stab by saying "hold on". Driveability is improved with the throttle response being smoother and the car feeling more refined. I highly recommend running our Secondary Cat bypass Pipes to allow the turbos to breath better with the increased boost levels."
You must review our MyGenius ECU Tuning Guide and email the ECU Tuning Information form to us. We utilize this form to ensure we meet your needs and consider your modifications to deliver the best possible results.
You must have access to a PC / Windows computer (Mac OS not supported) to upload your factory file information to us via email and in turn apply our ECU Tune to your Handheld device.
Upon sending us your vehicle information, our tuner will email you a custom ECU Tune(s) within 1-2 business days.
The Handheld device "marries" with your vehicle and can only be used on one vehicle.
If you prefer a traditional bench flash (mailing in your ECU) over a handheld device, or you are unable to use the Handheld device please contact us.

I installed this tune about 6 months ago and its just simply amazing. My CTT just flies. I had to remove the tune a few weeks back for service work and what a difference. It was dog. Once I reinstalled it again all I can say is WOW. I never get sick of the power it has. The other day I raced a Charger Hellcat at the light up to about 50 mph. I blew him away. I'm sure up to 100 mph he would eat me for lunch but up to 50 mph no problem. He was a good car length behind me.
I am very pleased with the performance increase after adding filters, plenum, secondary cat bypass and tune that Fabspeed offers. The difference is night and day. Downloading and uploading process only took a couple of days. My vehicle didn’t have the option of launch control or sport plus, but now the boost kicks in sooner and higher throughout redline. Absolutely wonderful!
As posted on 6speedonline.com with a few edits: It idles and drives just like stock. I think it recovers better than stock during slow 90 degree turns when it downshifts into 2nd gear. Usually there is lag with the throttle giving power. My 955 CTT was really bad about that, but the 958 seems to be better and the tune helps slightly with that. MPG is about the same as well. Power is most noticeable in the mid range, as you'd expect. The boost 'gauge' pegs to 1.0 bar and I think that's as high as it reads. 0.8 bar is the most I've ever seen from it stock. Boost does drop off on the top end as expected, but overall it is definitely faster/quicker. I also requested to have the throttle closing removed when brake boosting. The stock program shuts the throttle automatically at a certain point. And this works just fine and does seem to help launch quicker than stock. Of note here it takes a fair amount of throttle to get it to brake boost and isn't smooth when the power comes on abruptly so it takes some practice doing it. This is a drag strip-only thing so I don't think most of you would need it. But props to Fabspeed for being able to remove it. No engine codes or other errors and no noticeable hiccups, surging, or strange transitions in between gears or when modulating the throttle. It's as smooth as stock in these situations other than it makes more power. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the tune. It has the same "fit and finish" as other Fabspeed products I've purchased in the past. My 958 has secondary bypass pipes, BMC air filters, and the IPD plenum on it. It does pass emissions testing here in TX (Harris County).
