  1. Awesome product. 5 Star Review

This definitely compliments the 4.8. Cold starts are a bit obnoxious. It sounds like a racecar idling, if i leave the exhaust open. I'm sure the neighbors don't like it, but they probably don't like the diesels either. All in all though, it's great while driving. With the exhaust closed it is still very tamed, but once opened its like all hell has broken loose. Letting off at high rpms is my favorite. To here the motor back fire brings the kid out. The sound the resonators kill, is probably what most enthusiasts are looking for. It also sounds amazing when the motor kills the power. Just a little, properly timed, throttle blip on gear changes, and you can wake the dead.

  2. Upgraded Exhaust Note 5 Star Review

Posted by on 22nd Feb 2017

Having gotten used to the sweet growl of the PSE and Sports Headers on my 2010 911 4S Cab, I was thoroughly disappointed with the stock exhaust note on my 2012 Cayenne S. However, given that my PiG is only my winter DD and dedicated boat/snowmobile tow rig, I wasn't about the drop that kind of coin on a whole new exhaust system. So I split the uprights with a set of Fabspeed secondary catbypass pipes that I installed today.

I have to say that this relatively easy install has been a GREAT upgrade in the throatiness of the exhaust of this awesome V8 engine. I have to say that it's a huge difference as I was driving home with all the windows down and the sunroof open
