    Excellent fit and finish, well made high grade materials. Installed myself in one afternoon in my own garage with car on jack stands and did not need to lower the engine as some recommend. It may have made the removal of the stock exhaust easier but the install with the three parts is a piece of cake comparatively. Start at the back after loosely fitting and tighten up to the turbos - there are some tight fits and you will need some special wrenches but it can be done - after improved sound - nice burble and growl through all gears and not too loud at cruising speeds. Had to re-program the ECU after my earlier upgrade with Cobb Tuning but all techs and assistance from Fabspeed made that easy and done over the internet in days. Would recommend company and products to anyone !

    The sound of the Maxflo muffler with 200 cell HJS cats is a definite improvement over the stock 996TT mufflers and cats. However, there is a harmonic resonance, i.e. drone that you will need to need to expect at the 2000 to 3000 rpm range. I have tried the muffler bypass pipes and the supersport x-pipe and the drone is intolerable for street use. I have had normally aspired Porsches and never had this issue. Perhaps it has something to do with the harmonic resonance from the turbos or the large diameter of the pipes. I have nothing but praise for the Fabspeed sales staff and technical staff. They will work with you until you are satisfied.
