+SolidWorks CAD Drafter

Design High-Performance Dreams at Fabspeed Motorsport

Fabspeed Motorsport is seeking a SolidWorks CAD Drafter who’s equal parts technically sharp, creatively driven, and meticulously organized. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing cutting-edge parts for the world’s most iconic high-performance vehicles — Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren, and more.

What You'll Do:

Design & Draft

  • Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings in SolidWorks for use in R&D and
    manufacturing

  • Translate performance concepts into functional, production-ready designs with precision and consistency

  • Use 3D scanning tools to map and integrate vehicle components into new product designs
    ️ Collaborate & Execute

  • Work closely with our Manufacturing and R&D departments to bring high-quality products to life

  • Ensure all drawings, BOMs, and SKUs are accurately maintained within our ERP system (training provided)

  • Adapt quickly to evolving design needs while maintaining efficiency and quality standards

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: 2+ years of SolidWorks experience in a 3D design or engineering environment

  • Educated: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in mechanical design or drafting

  • Detail-Oriented: You catch inconsistencies others miss and double-check every spec before sending it out

  • Organized & Professional: You manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and keep your files and workflow clean and easy to follow

  • Independent & Adaptable: You take initiative, handle feedback with ease, and stay cool under tight timelines

  • Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you have CNC knowledge or experience working within ERP

+Manufacturing Associates

Fabspeed is seeking talented Metal Fabricators for our exciting and fast-paced design, engineering, and world-class manufacturing facility in Fort Washington, PA. Experienced applicants should be excited about fabricating metal using our specialized equipment to create exhaust and intake systems for Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren, Lamborghini, and more Exotic cars. 

The role is responsible for: 

  • Preparing products for welding from 304 stainless steel tubing, brackets, flanges, bungs, catalytic converters, endcaps, castings, pipe-bends, and assemblies.
  • High-volume production output to be monitored against production standards.

  • Create finished goods to high-quality specifications, presenting 100% accuracy to the integrity of welds, as well as cosmetic standards.

  • Shaping, fitting, and preparation of raw materials as per our manufacturing jigs, work instructions, and templates

  • Maintaining and securing all manufacturing jigs, tooling, and equipment

  • Cutting, grinding, drilling, shaping, and de-burring components utilizing hand tools, basic power tools, drill presses, plasma cutters, grinders, belt sanders, pipe expanders, pipe reducers, flaring equipment, measuring tools, and templates, etc. as needed to boost production flow.

  • Executing all work assigned in a timely and accurate manner against time and quality standards.

Responsibilities - Beyond the normal activities as covered above, the candidate is also responsible for: 

  • Company event attendance

  • Maintaining a neat workspace and keeping shared spaces clean and tidy

  • Exhibiting professional behaviors and adhering to Company policies and practices

  • Embracing Lean Methodology, maximizing production, minimizing costs and waste

+Sales Performance Specialists & Order Processors

Responsibilities & Duties: Responsible for managing the ordering activity for the organization, including timely and accurate entry and processing of all orders received.

  • Professionally handle client or team queries.

  • Politely handle inbound calls, and gather information to create sales orders.

  • Generate and process sales orders in the ERP system according to company policy and customer requirements. Receive new incoming orders, run payments, and set up customer profiles in the ERP system.

  • Optimize orders to ensure maximum sales can be realized.

  • Secure necessary customer agreements, compliance authorizations, and fraud verification.

  • Allocate and track orders or returns, and provide updates to the customer or team as needed.

  • Investigate and analyze order details for accuracy, consistency, and conformance to company and customer standards. Resolve or escalate discrepancies to make necessary corrections.

  • Collaborate with management teams to determine ways to optimize sales levels, maintain efficiency, and minimize cost. Implement and administer procedures to enhance operations.

Skills/Attributes required:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

The Shipping Specialist is a full-time role, expected to maintain the shipping department to receive manufactured products, manage quality control duties, order preparation, and shipping and receiving. This role is expected to be knowledgeable of Fabspeed Motorsport products and often works independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for following all health and safety procedures that promote a safe working environment throughout the facility.

The role is responsible for:

  • Receives incoming goods and organize into appropriate inventory

  • Liaises with department leadership to assist with any questions related to order status, questions, etc.

  • Maintains outbound shipping list and daily team plan of action

  • Prepares orders in accordance with quality standards

  • Fulfill orders, creates labels, and prepares outgoing shipments

  • Manages all shipping supply needs

  • Maintains safe and clean service center in accordance with procedures

  • Maintains company tools and technology in good order and clean condition

  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 2 - 3 years' experience in a Shipping/Receiving environment (Required)

  • Ability to recognize and understand basic automotive parts (Preferred)
