Simple Installation / Uninstall:  Everything is included for the simple installation!  Intuitive on-screen instructions identify your exact vehicle and available maps. Revert your ECU to exactly as it was before with the easy to use Uninstall option from the main menu.

Trouble Codes:  Read engine trouble codes to diagnose issues. Clear them when resolved. Prevent expensive trips to the dealership.

Gauges: Use your Accessport as a gauge to monitor boost or any other live information, directly from the ECU.

  • Base cars equipped with the 2.9L motor will not have Off The Shelf Maps available. The Accessport is still compatible with these cars but will require custom tuning from a COBB Protuner, which we are capable of doing for you. Please contact us.

  1. 986-981 ECU Tuning - No ECU Removal Required 5 Star Review

    I was working with John on this back in November and successfully tuned my 987.2 (2.9L) MT. Thanks for the all of the assistance and advice!

    Performance: I haven't Dyno'd the car (before or after) so I don't have any hard numbers to post. The car does seem to rev more freely and pulls harder in the higher RPM. The CEL is gone which makes the tune completely worth it for me!

    Mods: Carnewal GT exhaust, Fabspeedicon dual tips, cat-less headers and MyGenius Tune, in that order.

    Notes: Make sure you do not have any CEL or warning lights on. You cannot download your car mapping if any of these show. It takes about 5 minutes to download/upload each map and is super easy to do (I recommend putting your car on a battery tender when doing so).

    TLDR: This was very easy to do and I recommend it to anyone who has modified their car.

    The engine feels more torquey from 2,500 RPM and up which adds to the fun factor of being able to better control the car in corners using the throttle - if one is so inclined. I attribute this to the flattened torque curve which makes the car feel more lively (-;
