Part size is typically not an issue since Fabspeed’s waterjet has a 6’x13’ cutting envelope.

- The Unison Breeze series is a fully electric CNC Tubing bender equipped to make tight radius bends on most materials for various applications.
- With a High capacity all electric, Multi stack tube bender, Fabspeed Precision can produce high accuracy complex parts with guaranteed repeatability on all parts on all orders.
- Fabspeed precision can provide bending capabilities as tight as 1D.
- Custom tooling can be provided in most applications.
- Maximum (DOB) Degree of bend is limited to 190 degrees.
- Max tubing capacity is 76mm(3.0”)
- Lead times can vary so please contact the Precision Department with any questions.
- Fabspeed also carries an array of pre-bent tubing in stock: “U” Bends, “J” Bends, 90 and 45 degree bends, and just about everything in between. Short run, “one offs”, and specialty work welcome.

- With a full array of CAD drawing programs from AUTO CAD to SOLIDWORKS, Fabspeed Precision can take your ideas or drawings and convert them into 3D solid models and actual products.
- Fabspeed Precision also can provide quick turnaround times on products with the help of the 7 Axis Romer arm. This arm can quickly and accurately capture data from simple 2D flanges to complex bent tubing and brackets.
- A new addition to our high end CAD software is a fully functioning tubing program. This tubing program will allow Fabspeed Precision to capture critical XYZ, TBE Data and manipulate in a real time simulation program to determine but not limited to, FLOW, EQUAL LENGTH, and COLISION DETECTION.
