997TT Maxflo Cup Air-Intake System Installation Instructions

1. Remove factory Y-pipe using flathead screwdriver to remove the three hose clamps that attach the Y-pipe to throttle body and intercooler hose. Unplug sensor from Y-pipe and remove Y-pipe from car. 2. Remove factory airbox assembly from car by loosening driver and passenger side hose clamps at MAF sensor. Unplug MAF electrical connectors. Unplug PCV breather hose from airbox and remove factory airbox assembly from car. 3. Remove factory MAF sensor from driver and passenger side airbox using T25 Torx driver to remove 4 screws that attach the sensor to airbox. Reinstall both sensors back into intake ducting and tighten hose clamps. Be sure to plug in the MAF electrical connector’s at this time. 4. Using a 13mm Socket remove the driver and passenger side bolt (only one bolt on each side) that attaches the motor mount to the bracket. Do not discard these bolts, they will be reused to secure the new Fabspeed Cup air intake. 5. Install driver and passenger side Fabspeed Motorsport Cup Air Intake (driver side has extra bung for PCV breather hose) Reinstall 13mm bolts through Fabspeed Motorsport Cup air intake bracket and into motor mount. Tighten hose clamps at silicone connectors. Make sure to plug PCV breather hose into machined part coming off of the Fabspeed snorkel. Make sure all connections are secure. 6. You know have the worlds best high performance air intake system. Enjoy the added power and sports car sound!
